Changes to the designs Register

The RCD Register is a database containing particulars of all Community designs registered by OHIM. The Register is constantly updated to take account of any change, such as a transfer of ownership, a change of name or address, the granting of a license or a security. Changes in the Register are published in the Community Designs Bulletin. The Register is available for inspection, subject to a written request and the payment of fees. To do this you can use our Inspection form.

Transfers
Withdrawals
Surrenders
Corrections
Licenses
Rights in rem
Insolvencies
Levy of execution
