CF3.21 – Common Call Centre Tool

Users have pointed out their different experiences when asking for information depending on the office they refer to or, even within the same office, on the person who delivers the information. This suggests the need for a system that facilitates the delivery of common messages and a uniform user experience.

The project will establish the infrastructure that will allow Offices to deliver an excellent service to their users in terms of information and support related cases.
