OAMI Users' Group

The OAMI Trade Mark Group was set up in 1998 and met for the first time on 3 July. In 2003, this Group became the OAMI Users' Group, maintaining its important role of encouraging regular consultation and feedback between users and OHIM with regard to all aspects of the Community trade mark and design systems.

  • OHIM’s e-business projects,
  • CTM Procedures including CTM examination and opposition guidelines,
  • Design procedures,

  • The Madrid Protocol and Hague Agreement.
