OHIM has an active e-Business strategy and the Office encourages users to do business via the Internet – filing trade marks online, for example, is €150 cheaper than using the downloadable paper form.
Customers who prefer not to file online or wish to access other services that still require paper forms, can find them in the “Downloadable Forms" area. This is where you will find, among others, the forms for cancellation requests, conversion applications, applications to be included on the representatives list, and the form needed to open an OHIM current account.
