Filing a renewal for a Community Trade Mark (CTM): e- renewal

If you renew your CTM online, you will:

  • benefit from a EUR 150 reduction on the basic fee for the renewal for an individual mark
  • receive immediate electronic confirmation of your renewal request automatically
  • be able to renew as many CTMs s you like using one form, simply by entering the CTM numbers
  • be able to manage your renewal as you see fit and be able to complete the form quickly if you use the renewal manager feature(only available for MYPAGE users).

OHIM will notify you of the registration of the renewal of your CTM from the day following the date on which the existing registration expires.

E-mails may only be used for informal communication with the Office. Correspondence regarding a specific file must always be filed by fax, by post or via e-communication (only MYPAGE users).
