Filing an RCD online (E-Filing)

Using RCD E-Filing you will:

  • enter the registration process more quickly. Some RCD applications are registered almost immediately.
  • receive confirmation of your RCD number immediately
  • pay by credit card (e-payment)
  • be able to generate and print the official receipt (Note: OHIM does not issue copies)
  • benefit from online checks to ensure error-free filing and secure your filing date
  • be able to store and automatically recall your contact details for subsequent applications.

E-mails may only be used for informal communication with the Office. Correspondence regarding a specific file must always be filed by fax, by post or via e-communication (only MYPAGE users).
