File a Community trade mark online

New!

Users selecting Class Headings who wish to be covered for all of the alphabetical list of goods or services of the Nice classification in a particular class should use the new “tick box” feature available in the Goods & Services section. The previous interim requirement of attaching a “declaration of intention” to cover the alphabetical list is no longer needed and will not be accepted.
