If you file your CTM application online, you will:
*The filing date of a CTM application shall be the date on which documents containing the information specified in Article 26(1) CTMR are filed with OHIM by the applicant, Central European Time (GMT +1), subject to payment of the application fee within a period of one month of filing the above-mentioned documents.
The basic application fee must be paid within one month of the date of submission of the application in order to obtain the receipt date as the filing date. OHIM will not issue a request for payment. If confirmation of receipt of payment is required, a request must be sent by fax for the attention of the Financial Department at: (+34) 965 139 113.
OHIM provides a business-to-business solution for its larger clients. Please consult E-FILING B2B for further information.
E-mails may only be used for informal communication with the Office. Correspondence regarding a specific file must always be filed by fax, by post or via e-communication (only MYPAGE users).
