Many of OHIM's adminstrative documents are already published on the website and can be found by using our search tools. For all documents relating to the Community trade mark and the Community design please consult the "legal texts" tool on the top left of the home page, or access the documents within the trade mark and designs sections of the website.
Files relating to Community trade mark and design applications and the resulting trade marks or designs may also be inspected on request using the procedure laid out in the "Inspect files or copies" sub-sections available within the trade marks and designs sections.
In order to obtain administrative documents that are not available by the above means, you need to fill in and submit the request form below. Requests may also be submitted by sending a letter, fax or e-mail in any official language of the European Union.
Please note that any references outlined in administrative documents are not legally binding. Only legal acts published in the Official Journal (Eur-Lex) are binding.
