This contains information of a general character issued by the President of the Office, as well as other information on trade marks and designs.

Since January 2007, the OHIM Official Journal has been published exclusively in electronic format. The online Official Journal consists of five separate tables of content, one for each language of the Office, with links to the contents. The Official Journal is generally confined to those elements which are required to be published in accordance with the Community trade mark and Community design Regulations, the Implementing Regulations and Fee Regulations.
