A record year for OHIM
In spite of the global financial recession, OHIM expects to end the year with record figures for Community trade mark applications and with improved performance in timeliness in a number of important areas.
The total number of CTM applications is currently on track to reach around 98,000, which is 10% higher than in the pre-recession year of 2007, and the highest demand ever seen by the Office.
