Verdict on OHIM’s cooperation with EU judges
OHIM has been organising activities with judges from the Community trade mark and design courts in the EU for a number of years. The main objectives are to facilitate cooperation between courts in different jurisdictions and allow exchanges of information, knowledge and experience.
