How to manage portfolios in the MyPage portal

The new version of MyPage launched in January provides its users with a number of new powerful features. Managing client portfolios, application, and opposition files has become a much easier task for representatives as well as applicants.

All the portfolio subsections mentioned above are clearly visible in the left hand column. Each subsection starts with a drop-down menu containing the 50 most recently used clients or files.

It is worth having a closer look at each of these subsections.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

My Clients

This section starts with a drop-down menu which shows 50 recently looked up clients' names in alphabetical order. A link below takes the MyPage user to the full list of clients that can be searched either by clicking on the appropriate letter displayed in a line at the very top of the window or by simply typing the client's name into the text field and pressing the search button.

Once completed, the search results are displayed in a list of clients' names, each of which can to be clicked on in order to show the details. The users can then switch to the edit mode by using the Modify button and easily change the client's details online.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

My CTM Files

The drop-down menu in this section shows firstly the number of saved CTM E-Filing applications (up to 10) in order to reuse them for a new e-filing. To see your recently created applications, the “recent CTM” box has to be checked. The drop-down menu will then show the last 10 CTMs that were created.

The last link in this section takes you to the full list of your created applications, which opens up a new window in CTM-ONLINE.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

My Oppositions

This section also starts with a configurable drop-down menu which can show up to 100 oppositions indicating the opposition number and date.

To view the complete list, the corresponding link below the drop-down menu has to be clicked on. A new window will pop up which shows the complete list of oppositions organised in a handy table by opposition ID, trade mark name and number, the date of reception and the client's own reference number. A filter option is also given above the table, so that oppositions can be searched by indicating their creation dates.

Additionally, links arranging the oppositions in groups of 50 are displayed at the very top of the page. Therefore, if the user's portfolio contains a large number of oppositions, the bar with the links will arrange the oppositions in the following way: 0-50, 51-100, 101-132.
