The CTM Register is a database containing particulars of all trade marks registered by the Office. The Register is constantly updated, to take into account of any change, such as a transfer of ownership, a change of name or address, the granting of a license or a security. The Register is managed by the Register and Fees Service of the Operations Support Department
Changes in the Register are always published in the Community Trade Marks Bulletin if they affect a CTM already registered. The Register is available for inspection, subject to a written request and the payment of fees. To request it, you can use our Application for an inspection of file form.
The following list shows the changes and inscriptions that can be made in the Register:
