Getting a Community trade mark

Applications may be filed either directly with OHIM in Alicante or via national industrial property offices.

By filing directly online you will:

benefit from a €150 reduction on the basic fee for an individual mark
be able to pay by credit card (e-payment)
receive confirmation of your CTM number immediately
benefit from on-line verification to assure error-free filing and secure your filing date
your contact details are automatically recalled for subsequent applications.

If you are unable to file an online application via e-filing, it is also possible to make a paper application.

Fees
The minimum cost of registering one Community trade mark is EUR 900 to file online (e-filing) or EUR 1050 if you use the paper form.

This cost will vary according to the number of classes of goods and services included in the application.
