CTM Bulletin

The Community Trade Marks (CTM) Bulletin contains CTM applications, registrations and entries made in the CTM Register (in accordance with Article 89 CTMR and Rule 85 CTMIR). The following items can be found in the CTM Bulletin:

  • Community Trade Mark applications
  • Community Trade Mark registrations
  • Later entries made in the Community Trade Marks Register (includes later entries made in the original Register concerning amendments, transfers, licences, surrenders, etc.)
  • CTM renewals
  • Requests for conversion
  • Restitutio in integrum
  • International registrations designating the European Community.

The CTM Bulletin is published daily.
