President and OHIM delegation at Marques
The President and an OHIM delegation are attending the MARQUES annual conference in Athens, which started on Tuesday 18 September, and ends on Saturday 22. The conference – one of the most important in the IP annual calendar – is “Trade Marks – Sign of the Times”.
The President is due to give a speech at the conference, which also features discussions on protecting IP rights in the real and virtual worlds, as well as analysis of how the various IP laws, treaties and practices respond to the needs of businesses to protect and enforce their proprietary rights.
