Port Authorities and OHIM sign Agreement
The head of Alicante’s Port Authority, Joaquín Ripoll, and OHIM President, António Campinos, have signed a cooperation agreement outlining a number of cooperation initiatives between the two organisations over the next two years.
Both the OHIM and the Port Authority express through this accord their mutual desire to work more closely in promoting the city of Alicante and its port at International level and in further integrating the OHIM into the local community.
Of particular importance will be the joint efforts made to attract large-scale Intellectual Property events to the city, with the Port Authorities collaborating in facilitating the mooring of floating hotels where possible to cater for visitors.
