T-466/09 Comercial Losan v OHMI - McDonald's International Property (Mc. Baby)
Courtroom II - Level 8 - Community trade mark – Action for annulment brought by the applicant for the figurative mark containing the word element ‘Mc. Baby’, for goods and services in Classes 25, 35 and 39 against decision R 1706/2008-1 of the First Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) of 1 September 2009, partly dismissing the appeal against the decision of the Opposition Division partly refusing registration of that mark in opposition proceedings brought by the proprietor of the Community word mark ‘McDONALD’S’ and two Community figurative marks containing the word elements ‘McKids’ and ‘McDonald’s’ for goods and services in Classes 16, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35, 41 and 42.

T-60/10 Jackson International v OHMI - Royal Shakespeare (ROYAL SHAKESPEARE)
Courtroom V - Base of Tower A - Community trade mark – Action for annulment brought by the proprietor of the Community word mark ‘ROYAL SHAKSPEARE’ for goods and services in Classes 32, 33 and 42 against Decision R 317/2009 1 of the First Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) of 19 November 2009, which annulled the decision of the Cancellation Division and upheld the application for a declaration of invalidity brought by Royal Shakespeare in respect of that trade mark.
