New Recordal form
In its efforts to provide a better service to its users and facilitate the handling of requests, OHIM has revised the Recordal Application Form and its accompanying notes in order to clarify instructions and make it more user friendly.
Among the things revised are: the separation of change of owner or representative data, clarification of representation details in cases of transfers and the insertion of division as a separate item.
The form and the accompanying notes are available on the OHIM website.
