Welcome to OAMI-ONLINE, the server of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs). Our task is to register Community Trade Marks and Community Designs.

The Community Trade Mark and the Community Design both grant their proprietors a uniform right valid in all Member States of the European Union by means of one procedural system.

The Office is open for the public from Monday to Friday, except on official holidays, from 8.30 to 13.30 and from 15.00 to 17.00 hours.
